Hi there from Australia.....what a great itinerary, but Israel is a big question mark at this stage! If you are still looking for a place to see in Italy in June, Sienna is a beautiful city. They have the Palio on July 2nd, and the festivals held in the lead up to the Palio is well worth being a part of. Another suggestion could be the Cinque Terra where you could walk between the 5 villages (although it will be very hot). You could also get around from village to village either by ferry or by local train (not all villages). Lake Como is also very beautiful, and Jan, you could have lunch with George (Clooney) at his villa? Happy Travelling!
