Fiji Fire Dancers

After the dance, out came the torches.
The girls were "HOT".
The group was amazing.
How not to play with fire.
The men stole the show with the heavy breathing. What a welcome.

A Fiji "Meke"

Our first night of arrival , we were met with this!
The dance group.

First Landing - Fijij

Our first night in Fiji before boarding the cruise ship. A beautiful bure - (cottage)
The gardens around the resort.
A man made Island off the resort.
Same man made Island.
The beach at the resort.

The first resort in Fiji

The sugar cane train, taking the cane to the mill. Sugar has been a major source of income.
Our Bure for the night.
Always a warm welcome.
A great place to relax.
The island off the resort.

Under the Sea - Tahiti

Ralph looks like a good meal for the Black Tip Shark
Watch out for 6ft. Lemon Shark
Sometimes too close for comfort. Always looking over our shoulder.
Pictures really don't do justice to the beauty and colour under the sea.
One of the jewels of a dive. An unforgetable experience.
